NEM Standard Web Maintenance Monthly Package
This is our most common package.
Includes:
- 2 hours monthly of programming, web updates, training, and/or design
- Update wordpress and plugins as required
- Reduced rates and priority service for additional work beyond the hours in your package
- Take back-up and give you a link to save on local PC
- Up to 2 hours monthly on additional maintenance as requested such as:
*Update captcha on forms when requested
*Malware scans
*Optimization scan
*Review of security reports
*Mobile fixes
*Performance enhancements as required (some limitations apply)
*Answer your questions about your web technology
Getting your website up and running again if there is malware*
Clients on maintenance package receive additional programming and design at a lower rate and priority service. Training is a great new way for you to learn your site. We send you screenshots or videos of instructions of wordpress training for tasks you want to learn.
*Some limitations apply on what is included in your monthly service. Malware removal may require a third party service for scanning and firewall that we can help you set up. We try to fit in as much as possible to keep your website running smoothly and are here to support you with your web technology questions. Please see our service agreement for the limitations.
NEM "Mini" Maintenance Monthly Package
This was introduced for our non-profit clients on tighter budgets.
Maintenance is provided every 2 months as well as extra times when security updates are announced. We also will do up to 3 extra back-ups/year when advised by clients after major updates to meet your timing.

- 3 hours/quarter of programming, web updates, training or design (1 hour per month)
- Update wordpress and plugins as required
- Reduced rates and priority service for additional work beyond the hours in your package

Malware Removal
Malware has become a more prevalent occurrence in the last few years. We have a great deal of experience in this process. Clients on all monthly packages receive priority service for malware removal. For malware removal we may suggest a 3rd party service to support us in this process. It’s nice to know you have a team behind you for what can be a stressful time.
A-La-Carte
This is our basic on demand maintenance package.
Same work done as other packages. We also take a backup at the start.
*Our pricing assumes WordPress site 1-3 years. If different, we need to assess platform and last time it was updated to give a final price. WordPress sites with custom coding or plugins may be more.
